Operations Director: Dan Menter - is an Engineer with over 20 years experience in technology industries including photovoltaic (solar) research and development, solar protective films, semiconductor products and manufacturing, electro-mechanical, chemical and thermal (heat exchanger) systems control and optimization. Dan’s career spans from roofing installer and maintenance engineering to managing multi-million dollar building expansions and capital investment projects throughout the value chain from residential customer service to commercial equipment procurement and system optimization. Dan enjoys exceeding customer expectations, collaboration and problem solving and is passionate about providing cost effective solar energy solutions and educational services. Dan is NABCEP trained and is an active Grid Alternatives volunteer (www.Gridalternatives.org) where he has participated in several solar installations for families throughout Southern California.

Vice President of Project Management: Rick Miranda – is a California State License Board certified “C10″ Electrician (license 925399). Rick  has served Southern California and the Inland Empire for over 7 years. Rick’s  passion is electrical and solar electric systems, residential and commercial construction. Rick excels in managing and all aspects of installation projects and crews with attention to detail and focus on customer service and quality. Rick holds a NABCEP Certificate of Knowledge and is a candidate for the NABCEP Solar Certification.

Director – Sales and Marketing: Steve Stone.  Steve provides over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial sales, marketing and financing in Southern California and is now based in Temecula, Ca.  Steve has held several top sales, marketing and finance management positions in Southern California. Steve was a successful division Sales Manager for FAFCO, a leading solar thermal (solar Hot water) products supplier. Steve is a Long Beach College Graduate and Southern California native dedicated to his family and helping promote the use of cutting edge, clean and renewable solar energy solutions wherever possible. Steve also holds a NABCEP Certificate of Knowledge and is a candidate for the NABCEP Solar Certification.

Installation Technicians: Our installation crew consists of local, US citizens, experienced in solar installation. Each technician is required to obtained a NABCEP certificate of knowledge (minimum requirement). Our installers share managements’ commitment to customer satisfaction and providing the highest quality installation available.
